INNA jam now uses paper made from sugar! Well, sugar cane fiber, to be exact. Recovered from the waste stream (sugar cane fibers are usually burned after the cane juice is pressed out), and manufactured using eco processes and wind power! Sweet paper for a jam company! (geeking out on office supplies). Purchased from Alko office supply in Berkeley, a small-local business and an awesome alternative to the mega-office-supply chains.
A blend of spices, bacon, and onions simmered for 4 hours to pureed perfection.
